a peek into his mind

i once thought he was ready for the project, but he was not! he tried to pass off the delay as somebody's fault, but it was his! i asked him what the matter was and he said nothing dear. then i saw his tears fell down and that's the end of it. he was a little big man, his heart is full of love. and yet when i ask him to do some things, he says he can not! must i wait until he is ready to do as i ask him? or shall i leave him to do at his own bidding? what's on his mind, i asked myself often. what does he think when he denies his own sins? a loving hand can soothe his aching heart, but his replies to my questions, they are not enough!
